And also when a visitor does not find the information he/ she is looking for they immediately jump to your competitor’s website, which means you just lost an important customer.

• All the images you use to showcase your products should be of high quality.
• Contact information should be clear and precise.
• Feedback form is necessary.
• Website should be precise and relevant.
• Avoid technical syntax on the website unless they really required highlighting.
• Content should be right to the point and not exaggerated.
• Keep track of your visitors by monitoring your website.
• Keep improvising the website frequently.

This information will definitely help you improve your online business.
